Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Recruitment to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and generate new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and recruitment background, excellent networking skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring profitable partnerships.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver the best talent solutions.

Present company services and proposals to potential clients effectively.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and update CRM systems regularly.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, staffing solutions, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
