Job Overview:

Houston System Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across various sectors. As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance our market presence, increase sales, and support long-term company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the client base and revenue.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.

·         Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.

·         Develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans.

·         Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, highlighting company products and services.

·         Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.

·         Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with company goals.

·         Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

·         Develop and maintain an extensive network of industry contacts.

·         Collaborate with internal departments (product development, marketing, etc.) to align on customer needs and market demands.

·         Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the tech or industrial sector.

·         Proven track record of successful business development and sales achievements.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 

·         Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

·         Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

·         Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.

·         Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

 

Ø  Key Points:

·         Comfortable working in the field, interacting directly with clients to understand their needs.

·         Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

·         Connections with Key Stakeholders: A strong network with architects, government officers, consultants, and other relevant industry professionals is highly desirable.

·         Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
