We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join Hulladek Recycling Private Limited in Kolkata, Tollygunge. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build long term relationships with new & existing clients
Conduct research to identify new markets & customer needs
Keep records of quotation, revenue, invoices etc
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Provide feedback & after-sales support
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have Graduate and 0.5-1 years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Comfortable in Travelling , MS Excel, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
