  Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Experience:2 years of experience in business development in loan processing.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with all kinds of loan products.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage documentation and loan applications accurately and efficiently.

• Customer Service: Strong focus on providing a high level of service and building lasting relationships with clients.

• Problem Solving: Ability to address client concerns and challenges throughout the loan process.
