Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas, target markets, and new opportunities.
Client Acquisition and Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
Revenue Growth:
Meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing to ensure profitability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align business objectives.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue performance.
Analyze sales metrics and create strategies for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (X+ years preferred).
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
