Position Overview:

The 0Senior Manager - BD will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of Insure AIX's market presence. This position involves leading strategic business development initiatives, managing client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Director of Business Development and will have a dotted line reporting to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with Insure AIX’s global business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and markets to drive growth and expand Insure AIX’s market share.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the business development team, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape, informing strategic decision-making.

Proposal Development: Oversee the development of high-quality proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing Insure AIX’s value proposition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions that meet client needs.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional qualifications in AI, insurance, or technology management is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the insurance or technology sectors.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, as well as knowledge of AI-powered solutions.

Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

Business Acumen: Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, driving growth and profitability.

Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on long-term partnerships.

Leadership & Team Building: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and build cohesive teams.

Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with Insure AIX’s mission and goals.

Digital Transformation Knowledge: Experience in leading the deployment of digital transformation technologies within the insurance sector.

AI and Automation Expertise: Familiarity with the latest trends in AI-powered automation within the insurance industry.

Global Expansion: Experience in scaling operations internationally, particularly in North America, MEA (Middle East & Africa), and APAC markets.
