Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:
