We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our digital marketing agency team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with national and international clients.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
4. Networking and Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to establish partnerships and generate new business leads.
5. Client Acquisition: Develop and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our agency's capabilities and services.
6. Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals, contributing to the agency's overall growth and success.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
2. Proven track record of success in new business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
4. Excellent networking skills, with a strong understanding of industry events and conferences.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
