Job Description

  • Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
  • Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Pricing:
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy, considering factors like demand, seasonality, and competitor pricing.
Demand Forecasting:
Analyze historical data, market trends, and external factors (like events or holidays) to predict future demand and adjust pricing and inventory accordingly.
Inventory Management:
Optimize room inventory by understanding demand patterns and setting appropriate rates for different room types and time periods.
Channel Management:
Manage the distribution of rooms through various channels (online travel agencies, hotel website, etc.) to ensure optimal pricing and availability.
Revenue Analysis:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like occupancy rate, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) to identify areas for improvement.
Ancillary Revenue:
Explore and implement strategies to generate revenue beyond room sales, such as food and beverage, spa services, or event bookings.
Competitive Analysis:
Monitor competitor pricing and strategies to stay competitive and identify opportunities to improve pricing and marketing efforts.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use data analytics and reports to make informed decisions about pricing, inventory, and distribution channels.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue potential.
