Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Medical Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare/medical field and will be responsible for meeting with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to onboard them onto our platform/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote our services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Educate doctors on the benefits of partnering with our company.

• Achieve targeted doctor onboarding numbers within the assigned region.

• Organize and participate in medical conferences, networking events, and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in medical sales, pharma sales, or healthcare business development.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with doctors and hospitals.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel and meet healthcare professionals regularly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
