We are hiring for Business Development Manager (BDM)

💼 Full-time | Experienced
📍 Location: Mumbai
💰 Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month + Mobile + Conveyance + High Incentives (50%+ of Quarterly Salary)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (3rd Saturday Off)

Job Role:
• B2B sales – Sell IT Security & Data Backup solutions to corporate clients in Mumbai & Maharashtra
• Enterprise sales – Close deals in SMB & Enterprise segments
• Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly revenue targets
• Build & maintain strong relationships with OEMs & corporate clients
• Solution selling – Expertise in Endpoint Security, Network Security, DLP, NGFW, MDM, Backup & Replication

Requirements:

✅ Experience: Minimum 3 years in Cybersecurity / Backup Solutions Sales
✅ Industry: IT Security, Data Protection, Cloud Backup, Cybersecurity Sales
✅ Skills: Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Account Management, IT Sales, Negotiation, CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✅ Self-motivated & target-driven with a hunter mindset
