Position: Business Development Executive – Manpower & Staffing Solutions
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2-5 years
Identify and approach companies looking for manpower solutions (both technical and non-technical industries).
Build and maintain relationships with HR departments, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Understand client staffing needs and provide solutions through QTY Solutions’ skilled workforce.
Develop business strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure successful placements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with companies.
Stay updated on industry trends and hiring demands.
Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or recruitment sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Knowledge of technical and non-technical hiring trends.
Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or HR consulting is a plus.
