Job Description

  • Event Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement event marketing strategies and concepts.

    • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events, from pre-event marketing to post-event evaluation.

    • Identify target audiences and tailor event content and marketing efforts accordingly.

    • Manage event budgets and timelines.

  • Sales & Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and pursue new client opportunities.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.

    • Negotiate contracts and secure event bookings.

    • Manage client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

  • Marketing & Promotion:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote events.

    • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.

    • Create engaging and informative event materials, such as websites, brochures, and social media content.

    • Oversee the production of event materials and digital content.

  • Event Execution & Analysis:

    • Oversee the smooth execution of events, ensuring a positive experience for attendees.

    • Gather attendee feedback and analyze event performance to identify areas for improvement.

    • Prepare reports and presentations on event outcomes and ROI.

  • Team Management (if applicable):

    • Supervise and mentor event marketing and sales staff.

    • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback.

    • Train staff on best practices in event management and sales.

  • Strong Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build relationships.

  • Event Management Experience: Experience in planning, organizing, and executing events.

  • Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of various marketing channels and strategies.

  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and secure deals.
