Job Description

  • Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
  • Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue for Shree Hari Yoga.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities to promote our yoga teacher training programs internationally.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, partners, and wellness communities.
- Write professional and engaging emails to prospects, clients, and partners to nurture leads and foster long-term relationships.
- Negotiate agreements and partnerships with yoga studios, retreat centers, and influencers in the wellness industry.
- Analyze business performance metrics and create actionable reports to drive improvements.
- Represent Shree Hari Yoga at industry events, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in the yoga, wellness, or education sectors.
- Strong understanding of the yoga and wellness industry, including international market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional email writing skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Passion for yoga and wellness, and alignment with Shree Hari Yoga’s values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
