Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our interior design company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client handling, and business growth in the design or real estate sector. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including homeowners, builders, architects, and real estate developers.

• Pitch interior design services to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

• Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to promote the brand.

• Maintain CRM data, track leads, and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 2–6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or real estate sector.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong networking abilities and a client-centric approach.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
