We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Bangalore branch to drive client acquisition, business growth, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Identify and generate new business leads through networking, online platforms, and cold calling.
Pitch IT services including web development, mobile app development, and digital solutions to potential clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with technical and design teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
Track sales performance and submit regular reports to the management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in business development or IT sales.
Strong knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software Development).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
