Job Summary:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Bangalore branch to drive client acquisition, business growth, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, online platforms, and cold calling.

  • Pitch IT services including web development, mobile app development, and digital solutions to potential clients.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with clients.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to align client requirements with deliverables.

  • Track sales performance and submit regular reports to the management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or IT sales.

  • Strong knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software Development).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
