Managing B2B Clients preferably Telecom Industry or Service industry/ assistance/ Protection business.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand and address client needs, and understand client objectives, and work to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and liaise between clients and internal teams.
