Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit card products through telephonic communication.
Identify and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for maximum conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales for performance tracking.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
