#Data Sourcing and Management
•Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like
Linkedin, Fundoodata, Google search of the decision makers
from the procurement and Admin departments of companies
•Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization.
# Tasks & Activities

•Sales Meetings
Activities
Preparing for meetings through structured research about
target client
•Having effective sales meetings for the sales team
# Sales proposal.
•Presenting to be made based on client requirements
Coordinate with operations team to make sure of deployment
•Write emails professionally to share company profile or any
information the prospective client seeks about the company.
# Sales Negotiation & Sales Conversion
•Negotiate win win deals
•Ensure profitability of at least 8%
•Try for bundled services.
•Cross sale
# Client Coordination
•Help in resolving any issues which client may be having,
# Renewals
•Ensure 100% renewals.
•Follow up and maintain g good relations with clients.
# Measurement metrics
•10 meetings per week. 35 meetings per month
•2 New FM clients per month
