Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify potential expansion opportunities. Assess economic, cultural, and regulatory factors affecting expansion. Analyze competitors and customer demographics in target markets. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement expansion strategies aligned with company goals. Create business plans, financial forecasts, and risk assessments.Identify potential partnerships, acquisition targets, or joint ventures.Operational & Logistical Oversight:Oversee the launch of new locations, offices, or business units.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth expansion process.Establish operational frameworks, supply chains, and local compliance measures.Business Development & Relationship Management:Build relationships with key stakeholders, local authorities, and business partners.Negotiate contracts, leases, and agreements for new locations.Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.Performance Monitoring & Optimization:Track the success of expansion efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).Identify challenges and provide solutions to improve efficiency.Adjust strategies based on market feedback and company objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience in business expansion, market entry, or a similar role.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.Knowledge of international business regulations and local market trends.Ability to travel as needed for market visits and business negotiations.
