Key Responsibilities:

Career Counseling
○ Conductone-on-onecounseling sessions with students to understand their
aspirations.
○ Sharedetailed information on upGrad’s programs and match students’ needs
with suitable courses.
2. Sales and Enrollment
○ CommunicateupGrad’sofferings, persuade students to enroll, and meet sales
targets.
○ Guidestudentsthrough the enrollment process to create a smooth
experience.
3. Customer Relationship Management
○ Buildstrong, supportive relationships with prospective students and answer
their inquiries.
○ UseCRMtoolsforeffective lead management and follow-up.
4. TeamCollaboration
○ Coordinatewith internal teams to stay updated on programs, admissions, and
events.
○ Workwiththemarketingteamtosupportpromotional activities and student
outreach.
Qualifications:
● Education:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling,
Psychology, Business, etc.).
● Skills: Strong communication, organizational abilities, and a target-driven approach.
