Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
a) Bachelor's degree in psychology, counselling, or a related field.
b) Proven experience as a Counsellor or in a similar role, preferably in the training and placement
industry.
c) Strong counselling skills with the ability to establish rapport and provide support to individuals
from diverse backgrounds.
d) Knowledge of psychometric assessment tools and their application in career counselling.
e) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize
with candidates' concerns.

Ability to guide individuals in decision-making processes and provide career-related advice.
g) Familiarity with registration processes on online job portals.
h) Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to maintain accurate records.
