Job Description

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within various industry sectors.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients, effectively showcasing our software solutions and their benefits.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-level executives.

  • Understand client needs and tailor software solutions to meet their specific business requirements.

  • Prepare and present customized proposals, including pricing, implementation plans, and service offerings.

  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to secure new business.

  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are met and provide feedback on product enhancements.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.

  • Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
