Job Description

Inform customers about product & services
Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

 A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, communication, or customer relationship management.
 Preferred 1+ years of experience with Car Dealers / or Automobile Industry.
 Well verse with RTO Process like Name change/ Hypothecation / PT tax / Challan / online payouts etc.
 Fluency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language.
 The ability to work efficiently under pressure and with Team
 soft skills such as patience, adaptability, and empathy.
 If experience then well verse with CRM
 Excellent organizational and time management & Communication skills.
