Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process. You’ll be the primary point of contact between the client and our company, ensuring excellent service and a smooth transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients (buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants)

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the property transaction process

• Coordinate with property consultants, legal teams, and banks as needed

• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful transactions

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and laws

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
