Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Client Relationship Manager to lead our direct sales team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through direct customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of direct sales representatives.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth.

• Set and track sales targets for individual team members.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales campaigns and promotions.

• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff as needed.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership.
