• 2+ years of business development experience.
• Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and converting them into revenue.
• Should have Good Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets
• Generate new leads, reaching potential clients and Convert leads into paying customers through effective sales pitches and proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress
• Track and report on business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with decision makers of existing clients
