Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate in any stream.
  
  

• Basic computer proficiency is a must.
  
  

• Familiarity with Tally software, MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
  
  

• Speedy and accuracy in work

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automobile industry software or inventory management software (preferred but not mandatory).
  
  

• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  
  

• Ability to handle billing, invoice generation, and payment tracking.
  
  

• Basic understanding of data entry accuracy and record maintenance.
  
  

• Multitasking skills to manage office documentation and support sales staff.
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Entering vehicle details, inventory data, and customer information.
  
  

• Billing & Invoicing: Generating sales bills and managing cash/online payment records.
  
  

• Inventory Management: Assisting in maintaining stock records of vehicles and spare parts.
  
  

• Document Management: Filing and organizing sales agreements, insurance papers, and other documents.
  
  

• Customer Support: Coordinating with customers for delivery schedules and service updates.
  
  

• Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  
  

• General Office Work: Assisting in handling phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks.
