Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide prospective and existing students in selecting the right educational courses that align with their academic and career goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build rapport with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about available educational courses and programs.

• Assist in the enrollment and admission process by explaining course structures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.

• Guide students through career planning and course selection based on their goals and aptitude.

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and follow up with students via phone, email, or in person.

• Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Collaborate with marketing and admission teams to organize webinars, seminars, and info sessions.

• Support students throughout the admission journey, resolving any doubts or concerns.

• Meet enrollment targets set by the management.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
