Key Responsibilities:
o Act as the liaison between the institution and recruiting organizations.
o Develop and nurture relationships with industry leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters.
o Identify emerging job opportunities in alignment with students' skills and interests.
o Coordinate placement drives, Industrial Visit, and campus recruitment events.
o Facilitate campus placement events and ensure smooth coordination between recruiters and students.
o Gather and analyze feedback from recruiters regarding students’ performance.
o Maintain relationships with alumni to leverage placement opportunities.
o Guide students in setting career goals and preparing for interviews.
o Regularly inform students about job openings, eligibility, and application deadlines.
o Maintain a comprehensive database of recruiters, companies, and alumni contacts.
o Prepare and present placement reports to the management.
o Manage communication and logistics for all placement activities.
Educational Requirements:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Qualifications and Skills:
