Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in Hindi, Bengali, Odia, Assamese, and basic English.

•⁠ ⁠Provide prompt and accurate information regarding products/services.

•⁠ ⁠Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain detailed call logs and update the CRM system.

•⁠ ⁠Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Fluency in Hindi and at least one East Indian language (Bengali is mandatory)

•⁠ ⁠Basic to average English communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer skills for call logging and data entry

•⁠ ⁠Prior BPO/customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory).
