Job Description

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

- Resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.

- Follow company policies and procedures while addressing customer issues.

- Collaborate with the team to meet targets and ensure service efficiency.

### Eligibility Criteria

- Age: 18 to 35 years.

- Education: Graduation is mandatory.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.

### Shifts

- Day Shift: For female candidates.

- Evening & Night Shifts: For male candidates.

### Salary Structure

- CTC: ₹16,565 per month.

- Net Take Home: ₹13,184 per month.

### Training Details

- Duration: 10 days of classroom training.

- Stipend: ₹200 per day.

- Note: No salary will be provided if the candidate fails the training.
