Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC
Experience: 1 year
Shift Timing:

• Rotational shift for male candidates

• Day shift for female candidates

Interview Mode: F2F only

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and providing solutions via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive communication with customers.

• Updating customer information and documentation in the system.

• Meeting performance goals and targets as set by the team manager.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Shift Availability: Must be flexible for rotational shifts (for male candidates) or day shifts (for female candidates).

• Location: Willingness to work in Sector 18, Gurgaon.

• Documents: Candidates should be ready to provide necessary documents for verification.
