• Get in touch with all clients and build rapport

• Maintain database (Excel)

• Categorize client database

• Get the FP form filled by all the clients

• Ask for references from existing clients

• Monthly Target for MF, Health Insurance, Life Insurance through cross selling

• Day to day queries to be resolved of the clients

• WhatsApp marketing activity

• Activate Inactive Clients

• Maintaining BNI contacts/Visitors list and get in touch with them.

• Explore BNI connect and call them to our office

• Maintaining database of client visiting our office

• Creating social media creatives
