Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting gold jewelry based on their needs and preferences.

• Explain product features, purity, pricing, and designs to customers.

• Build lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Keep up-to-date with new product launches, gold rates, and market trends.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.

• Ensure proper stock handling and reporting to inventory team.

• Assist in stock audits and daily stock-taking procedures.

• Manage after-sales service and handle customer feedback or complaints effectively.

• Collaborate with the team to execute promotions, in-store events, and festive campaigns.
