We’re seeking a CRM Specialist to lead our customer relationship strategies. You'll be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven campaigns, personalized communication, and seamless customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities :
•Customer Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on orders, payments, and after-sales support
• CRM & Data Management
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data, order history, and follow-ups.
• Track sales leads, customer interactions, and feedback to improve sales strategies.
• Generate customer reports and insights for the sales team and management.
• Order Processing & Coordination
• Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams (sales, accounts, and logistics).
• Keep customers updated on order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve order-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support & Communication
• Work closely with the Senior Sales Executive and Sales Executives to ensure timely responses to customer needs.
• Coordinate with the sales team to execute promotional campaigns, offers, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents as required.
• Customer Retention & Loyalty
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Monitor and address customer complaints, ensuring a high retention rate.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups with customers to ensure continued engagement with the brand.Skills

Key Skills:
