Expedite Impex is looking for Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• A CRE is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our existing customers.

• This role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction and finding creative solutions to customer problems.

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Build healthy relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

• Gathering customer feedback and making recommendations for improving customer service.

• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and outstanding payments follow ups.

• Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure that customer needs are met.

Required Skills:-

• Experience in customer service or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to customer problems.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and strong followups.

• Should be graduate- BA/B.Com/BBA or any other relevant stream.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
