Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

Roles and Responsibilities

Communicating expectations and coordinating with other team member
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Maintain and update the database with propre information
Coordinate and follow-up with other internal departments
Collect and communicate Client feedback over the call
Excellent communication, time management, leadership and employee development skills.
Prepare MIS and reports on daily basis.
Monitor and manage office budgets, including expenses related quaries
Any matter which may affect the interests of organization should be brought to the attention of the Management.

Requiments

3+ years of experience in client servicing and data record & office managment
The candidate should have Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills.
Prior experience as a Client relationship and admistrative executive
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling client and office employee.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
