Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to incoming calls from all registered Geeks.
Handle all WhatsApp messages and queries from Geeks and clients in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain clear communication records using internal tools or CRM.
Assist Geeks with onboarding, task allocation, and general support.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, and HR) to resolve issues efficiently.
Provide feedback and report recurring queries or concerns to the operations team.
Ensure high levels of Geek satisfaction and engagement through consistent follow-ups.
Maintain a courteous and service-oriented tone in all interactions.
Requirements:
Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business tools, call handling, and support tools.
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred:
Prior experience in a customer success, tele-calling, or tech support role.
Familiarity with CRM tools or helpdesk software.
