Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and insights to inform business decisions and marketing strategies.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to develop and implement CRM strategies that align with company goals.
Customer Support: Provide support for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee the customer lifecycle from lead generation to post-purchase engagement, aiming to increase customer lifetime value.
