Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude

• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently

• Address and resolve guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly

• Maintain records and update necessary databases

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation at the front desk

Requirements:

• English communication skills are a must

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles is an added advantage

• Rotational Shifts:

  • Morning Shift

  • General Shift

  • Second Shift
