Job Title- Customer Relationship Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Identify potential customers and explain the loan products and services offered by the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.
• Conduct field visits and community meetings to mobilize customers and promote awareness about the lending process.
• Assist in forming groups of borrowers based on trust and mutual accountability.
Loan Processing:
• Verify customer details and assess eligibility for loan products.
• Collect required documents and ensure accurate and complete submission of loan applications.
• Conduct field-level credit checks and provide feedback to the loan approval team.
• Facilitate smooth loan disbursement processes and educate customers on loan terms and repayment schedules.
Collections and Recovery:
• Ensure timely collection of loan repayments as per the agreed schedule.
• Address overdue accounts and develop strategies for efficient recovery of outstanding dues.
• Maintain accurate records of repayments and escalate unresolved issues to the management team.
Educational Qualification- 10+2
Experience- Fresher with Knowledge and interest in doing field sales.
