Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Specialist/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing CRM software systems, analyzing customer data, and executing campaigns to enhance customer engagement. This role will be critical in improving customer retention, generating new business, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM System Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and updates of the CRM system to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

• Customer Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer retention.

• Campaign Management: Design and execute email, SMS, and other customer engagement campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals.

• Segmentation & Targeting: Develop customer segmentation strategies for effective targeting, personalized communication, and improved conversion rates.

• Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to address issues, improve customer satisfaction, and resolve problems efficiently.

• Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on CRM performance, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes to track KPIs and suggest improvements.

• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve CRM strategies to increase engagement, loyalty, and conversion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of data privacy laws and ethical customer data handling practices.
