HI-TRAC Manpower Services, a leading provider of facility management services, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Gurugram. As a CRM, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients and maintaining strong relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Service Delivery:
Oversee the successful execution of facility management services according to client expectations and agreements.
Ensure that services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a prompt and efficient manner.
Act as the escalation point for critical issues that require immediate attention and action.
Client Retention & Growth:
Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Monitor service performance and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience and value.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and present regular reports on client feedback, service performance, and account health.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, agreements, and project timelines.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery.
Collaborate with senior management to align customer needs with business objectives.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the facility management or related service industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
