HI-TRAC Manpower Services, a leading provider of facility management services, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Gurugram. As a CRM, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients and maintaining strong relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

    • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

  • Service Delivery:

    • Oversee the successful execution of facility management services according to client expectations and agreements.

    • Ensure that services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Problem Resolution:

    • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a prompt and efficient manner.

    • Act as the escalation point for critical issues that require immediate attention and action.

  • Client Retention & Growth:

    • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

    • Monitor service performance and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience and value.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare and present regular reports on client feedback, service performance, and account health.

    • Maintain accurate records of client communications, agreements, and project timelines.

  • Collaboration & Coordination:

    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery.

    • Collaborate with senior management to align customer needs with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the facility management or related service industry.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

    • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
