Position: Customer Relations Manager

Experience: 1-5 years (Experience in luxury home décor/interior design companies preferred)
Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing), BBA, or any graduation (Hospitality background is a plus)
Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada (Preferred)
Age: Below 35 years
Work Location: Sarjapur Road (New Office Premises – Transition Phase)
Interview Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Engagement:
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming showroom experience.
Understand customer preferences to provide tailored product recommendations.
Offer in-depth knowledge of luxury home décor products, materials, and trends.
Build strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
2. Sales & Upselling:
Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective communication.
Present product features and benefits compellingly.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
3. Product Presentation:
Maintain a visually appealing showroom, adhering to luxury brand standards.
Arrange displays to highlight aesthetic and functional product value.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team for promotional setups.
4. Design & Styling Expertise:
Offer guidance on home styling, color coordination, and space planning.
Stay updated on luxury interior design trends.
Provide personalized design consultation services.
5. Administrative & Coordination Duties:
Maintain accurate sales records and manage inventory levels.
Process payments and ensure seamless transactions.
Coordinate with the logistics team for product delivery and installation.
6. Customer Follow-Up & Relationship Management:
Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Keep customers informed about new collections, exclusive promotions, and events.
7. Team Collaboration & Training:
Work closely with colleagues and managers to achieve sales targets.
Participate in training sessions for product knowledge and sales techniques.
8. Brand Representation:
Represent the luxury brand professionally, aligning with its values and aesthetics.
Uphold exceptional service standards to enhance showroom reputation.
