Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist (Sales & Lead Generation)
Responsibilities:
o Engage with potential customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to generate leads and drive revenue growth
o Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions
o Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
o Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
o Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
o Provide exceptional customer experiences that drive conversions and meet business objectives
o Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
o Stay up-to-date on new product releases, features, and benefits
o Provide product information and support to customers as needed
o Qualify leads based on customer needs, requirements, and fit
o Prioritize leads based on urgency and potential revenue
o Transfer qualified leads to sales teams for further follow-up and conversion
o Accurately enter customer interactions, leads, and sales data into our CRM system
o Provide regular reporting and insights to management on lead generation and customer interactions
• Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Communications) preferred
o 1 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or customer relation role
• Skills and Knowledge:
o Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
o Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and services quickly
o Proficient in CRM software and lead generation technology
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
