Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily office operations.
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence.
Schedule and manage meetings and appointments.
Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Edit and maintain documents and reports.
Ensure effective communication with employees and clients.
Oversee office arrangements and ensure all necessary setups.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferably a local candidate residing near by Ghaziabad
Having 5-6 years experience working as Customer Relationship Manager.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Professionalism and problem-solving skills.
