Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Promote current offers and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Encourage higher billing by suggesting additional items.

2. Customer Engagement & Experience
• Greet and assist customers warmly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Handle queries and concerns effectively.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotions
• Stay updated on all product features and benefits.
• Explain toy functionalities, age suitability, and safety features.
• Actively promote store offers (e.g., Rakhi & Friendship Day deals).

4. Billing & Checkout Assistance
• Ensure smooth and fast billing.
• Suggest additional items at checkout.
• Inform customers about exchange/return policies.

5. Store Management & Display
• Maintain neat, attractive product displays.
• Ensure stock is replenished and organized.
• Report low stock and fast-moving items to management.

6. Customer Retention & Feedback
• Collect feedback and share suggestions for improvement.
• Encourage repeat visits by sharing offers and loyalty benefits.
• Help in capturing customer details for promotions.

7. Online Orders & Delivery Assistance
• Handle Swiggy Mini orders efficiently.
• Pack orders neatly for shipping.
