We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills in English to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer queries effectively and provide timely resolutions via calls, emails, or chat.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Meet quality and productivity targets as assigned.
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
12th pass / Undergraduate / Graduate can apply.
Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools.
Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
