Customer Query Resolution:
Strong communication skills for addressing customer inquiries and issues.
Experience in handling returns, refunds, and customer feedback.
Proficiency in troubleshooting account-related issues and liaising with platform support.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to perform data analysis to track sales performance and market trends.
Experience with reporting tools for providing insights and recommendations.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with eCommerce management software and tools.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for enhancing listings.
Market Knowledge:

Project Management:
Capability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Education: Typically a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in managing eCommerce platforms, specifically Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
